i had a terrible experience today. on the way home from Orchard Road, i almost fainted. i bought a snack from OCK and headed up a flight of escalator when i felt that i could not breath properly. just a few steps on the overhead bridge i begun to feel that my lungs were tight and my vision blurring. i begun to cough and pant and i felt nauseous. i also felt that my hearing became distored. i stood a the bridge, thinking that i may faint any time and wanted so badly to ask someone to help me to get to a seat and give me some water.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED!
it happened many times especially when i go to work and i was getting down the bus and heading to the lift lobby.
wat is wrong with me?
