30 weeks

from tomorrow, i am 10 weeks away from delivering baby rebekah

honestly, i still dunno what to expect ... i'm excited at times and scared at times.

ryan is patiently waiting for rebekah to be born ... me too, impatient sometimes, though because i just want to hold her in my arms

i pray that when she is born, i will stay sane ... no post-natal blues ... i want to take things positively even if BF hurts and rebekah cries all night. i pray that God will give me the strength to carry on as i nurse her and love her. i pray that i will never feel alone ... i still have my family, my husband and my little gal ... no no post-natal blues in Jesus' name!

i have bought most stuff. i just need to pack my hospital bag in 4 weeks time. 2 more weeks before i see dr.thong. hope rebekah is doing well and she is growing heavier

lately, i keep having pains on the right side of my tummy ... they do not resemble contractions, just pain ... hopefully, it is just stretching of the ligaments as my uterus continues to grow

my backache is not recovering ... evrynight before i slp, i have to hv either a plaster or deep heat on ... the pain is excruciating and i am aware of my postures all the time whenever i sit or stand.

saturday, going to make chocolate cupcakes and icing at home.hopefully turn out well so that by the time rebekah is born, her 1st month party at home, i made cupcakes for her and will let her know that her mom loves her very much!

A message for my baby ...

Dear Rebekah
In 10 weeks or more, your daddy and I will welcome you to this world. I hope that we will be good parents to you. We will learn to love you, play with you, sing to you and even discipline you as you grow.

We want to let you know that you are our very first born and that your have bonded daddy and mommy together alot since we know that we were pregnant with you. We hope that you will grow up loving God wholehearted and loving the people around you fervently.

We will probably miss you in mommy's tummy, but we are more eager to hold you in our arms. You complete us as a family now. We constantly thank God for you and we hope you will grow up in the fear and the ways of God as we teach you the priciples of the Almighty One.

No matter what happens, you will be sheltered from storms and wind. You will be taken care and you will be our precious darling.

Looking forward to seeing you, my baby.

Love, Daddy and Mommy

Ryan and Lennie
