Sneaking in some time to blog today.
It's been a tiring 7 days. Rebekah is 6 days old today. Ryan and i Have taken dozens of pictures, but i dun hv them as they are stored in his PC.
My Birth Story - Nothing fantastic, but i could remember very clearly how each contractions feel. Thank God that i made it very quickly with my delivery - juts 9 hours and i was done!
830am - reach RH
10am - drip on for induction as well as walking epi starts
12pm - 5cm dilated
3pm - 8cm dilated
430pm - asked to push since fully dilated and baby's head had started to crown
547pm - bb rebekah is born! Hallelujah and all praise to God
Motherhood is tough. I am nowsuffering PNB and i am crying everyday ... mostly bcos i feel tired and i lack rest.
Ryan is not ready to be a full swing daddy ... trying hard to ease him into it, but for me, iwas thrown in to it immediately... but i thank God that at least he is trying.
Life is challanging now. i wish i could just ahve rebekah in me, but now that she is out, i just have to love her and take care of her the best i could.
When i see her, i dun wish to return to work. Just want to hold her all the time. She is quite pretty and she has loads of hair ... hehe
I wonder when i will post again. Till then, happy mother's and father'sday to Ryan and I on 10/10/08.
